AboutA little bit about me
Finding a counsellor you connect with can make a meaningful difference. Here's a little about who I am and how I work.
Hello, I'm Kimberly an individual counsellor based in Melbourne's South East. I am a Level 1 registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
My approach is person-centred, meaning I believe each person is the expert in their own life. I work collaboratively with clients, offering guidance and support while respecting your autonomy and pace.
I tailor each session to the individual, drawing on a range of evidence-informed approaches to support you in a way that feels right for you. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive perspective, creating a space where you can feel understood and respected.
I have experience supporting clients through the NDIS as a support worker and have both professional and personal connections to the neurodivergent community. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to providing a safe, welcoming space for all clients.
Outside of counselling, I'm a plant lover, a bookworm (when time permits), and an animal enthusiast where I share my home with a dog, cats, and birds. I am also currently studying psychology.
